Dame de TrotteVieille (La Vieille Dame de TrotteVieille until 2010), is Château TrotteVieille 1st GCC Saint-Émilion second wine. The ?irst vintage appeared in 2002. Produced then from mainly the young vines (total of 12 ha of vines), this second wine is elaborated with the same care as for a "Grand Vin". The wine is characterised by a generous fruit brought by the softness of Merlot, associated with a high percentage of Cabernet Franc, adding mineral and aromatic hints to the intense fruit.

St Hallett Planted Shiraz

St Hallett Planted 1919 Shiraz Eden Valley St Halletts Planted 1919 is a new premium flagship wine for the heritage Barossa label. Made from vines over 100 years old, it honours the Centenarian vines of the Barossa and the growers who have tended them. The debut release of this cuvée is the 2015 Shiraz, dedicated to the Noack family, sixth-generation Barossa farmers who have cared for these vines for 30 years. Planted 1919 is striking in its intensity, surprising in its freshness, and utterly memorable. Its ageing potential knows no bounds. Fruit for this wine is hand-harvested and fermented as a single parcel, with skin contact for 10 days. It is matured for 18 months in 100% French oak (34% new), and then left to age for two further years in bottle. The result is a medium-to-full bodied Barossa red, rich with dense black fruits, dried herbs, white pepper and florals, leading to a lingering finish.

RAEN Royal St Robert Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast Raen’s Royal St. Robert Pinot Noir is dedicated to the current generation’s grandfather. The fruit is sourced from a selection from their coastal vineyards, giving a window to the rugged hills of the westerly Sonoma Coast. Vibrant aromas of black and red cherry, rose petal, and black tea fill the bowl. Wild raspberry and just-ripe red plum notes give way to coastal moss, wet gravel and forest underbrush. Bouchard Père et Fils 1er Cru Clos St Landry is known for its subtle, yet arresting, aromas, expressive palate, and remarkably smooth finish. From hand harvested fruit, the wine is pressed to stainless steel for 3 to 4 month, before being transferred to French oak (up to 15% new) where it matures for 9 to 10 months.
