Taittinger

Taittinger Brut Réserve Champagne Non-Vintage + Champagne Flutes

When it comes to the world of champagne, Taittinger is a name that resonates with elegance, prestige and a rich heritage. Founded in 1734 by Jacques Fourneaux, Taittinger has remained a family-owned champagne house, passing down the art of champagne-making from one generation to the next. This commitment to tradition, combined with a spirit of innovation, has allowed Taittinger to create champagnes that embody the essence of luxury and sophistication. At the heart of Taittinger's success lies its meticulously cultivated vineyards. Spanning over 290 hectares, these vineyards are located in some of the finest terroirs of Champagne, including the renowned Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims. The unique combination of soil, climate and grape varieties results in grapes of exceptional quality, which form the foundation of Taittinger's exquisite champagnes. One of Taittinger's most celebrated champagnes is the Taittinger Brut Réserve. Crafted with a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, this champagne captivates the senses with its delicate bubbles, golden hue and a symphony of aromas ranging from fresh fruits to brioche. With its balanced and refined taste, the Taittinger Brut Réserve is a testament to the house's commitment to creating champagnes of exceptional quality. Beyond its flagship Brut Réserve, Taittinger offers a range of champagnes that cater to every occasion and preference. From the vibrant and fruity Prestige Rosé to the luxurious and prestigious Comtes de Champagne, each bottle bears the hallmark of Taittinger's dedication to excellence. Taittinger's commitment to quality extends beyond the production process. The house is also known for its commitment to sustainable practices, with an emphasis on preserving the environment and the biodiversity of the Champagne region. Taittinger's vineyards are farmed with utmost care, using sustainable methods that respect the land and the delicate ecosystem. Taittinger Brut Réserve Champagne NV is a testament to the artistry and dedication of the Taittinger family. This exceptional champagne is crafted from a blend of Chardonnay (40%), Pinot Noir (35%) and Pinot Meunier (25%) wines, sourced from over 35 different vintages and vineyards that have matured to perfection. What sets Taittinger Brut Réserve apart is its unique composition, with a higher proportion of Chardonnay compared to other non-vintage champagnes. This delicate balance, combined with a minimum ageing of three years in the cellars, allows the champagne to reach its peak of aromatic maturity, resulting in a champagne of consistently excellent quality. The brilliant body of Taittinger Brut Réserve shines with a radiant golden yellow hue. The fine bubbles gracefully dance in the glass, while the discreet yet lingering foam adds to the champagne's allure. On the nose, the champagne unfolds with an open and expressive bouquet, delivering a harmonious blend of fruit and brioche aromas. Notes of peach, white flowers like hawthorn and acacia and a hint of vanilla pod add layers of complexity and fragrance. As the champagne meets the palate, it reveals a lively and fresh entry that is in perfect harmony. This delicate wine envelops the taste buds with flavors of fresh fruit and honey, offering a delightful and nuanced experience. Taittinger Brut Réserve continues to evolve and develop its aromatic potential during the three to four years of ageing in the cellar. This dedication to time and patience allows the champagne to develop its character and depth, resulting in a champagne that is truly exceptional. The Taittinger Brut Réserve Champagne NV + Champagne Flutes set is a delightful offering that includes two Taittinger branded champagne flutes. Crafted with a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier wines sourced from over 35 different vintages and vineyards, the champagne offers a fresh, crisp palate with citrus and mineral notes. The addition of two Taittinger branded champagne flutes adds an extra touch of elegance to your champagne experience. Enjoy the exceptional quality and sophistication of Taittinger with this special set.

Taittinger Brut Reserve Non-Vintage Champagne

The Taittinger Champagne house in Rheims was founded in 1734, and this recent, fine-bubbled descendant echoes that distinguished history. The brilliant body is golden yellow in colour. The bubbles are fine, while the foam is discreet yet lingering. The nose, very open and expressive, delivers aromas of fruit and brioche. It also gives off the fragrance of peach, white flowers (hawthorn, acacia) and vanilla pod. The entry onto the palate is lively, fresh and in total harmony. This is a delicate wine with flavours of fresh fruit and honey. Taittinger Brut Réserve, which acquires its maturity during three and four years ageing in the cellar, offers excellent aromatic potential.

Taittinger Prelude Grand Cru

Taittinger Vintage Brut

A Champagne drinkers' Champagne. Freshness and vivacity with a delicate bead and complex fruit flavours. A perfectly integrated acidity suggests that it will age very well. Great as an aperitif, but with enough body to handle almost all food pairings.

Taittinger Prélude Non-Vintage

Prélude Grands Crus Cuvée is composed of half Chardonnay and half Pinot Noir, selected exclusively from Grands Crus vineyards. Produced using only first press wines and aged for more than five years in the Taittinger cellar, the Prélude cuvée is a rare blend that offers finesse and structure, unique for its remarkable youth and great wealth of flavours.
