Using fresh crushed apples Sydney Brewery Original Cider is lovingly fermented with Champagne yeast then lightly carbonated. It has a medium sweetness with an abundance of apples and wine style structure. Sydney's most awarded cider winning multiple trophies and gold medals at both local and international shows.
