Pizzini Prosecco RosemL
Pizzini Sangiovese
Fred Pizzini grew up in Italy and is bringing the taste of his homeland to the Australian dining table. His Sangiovese is one of the best examples in the country, with spicy, savoury fruit hiding a vein of mouth watering acid that is a hallmark of the variety. Delicious now - and will get better with bottle age!
Pizzini La Volpe Nebbiolo
Built by Alfredo and Katrina based on their passions and commitment to family and the Pizzinis Italian heritage. The Pizzini La Volpe Nebbiolo is a fruit driven savoury wine with soft tannins. Ideal food match with Italian inspired dishes.
Pizzini Arneis
Pizzini Arneis is grown and made in the foothills of the King Valley. This delicate grape ripens slowly in the protective Autumn mists and shows a bouquet of quince and almond and the palate displays wonderfully elegant fruit flavours.
Pizzini il Soffio King Valley Prosecco
This wine is a light straw colour with lime hues. The nose explodes from the glass with sweet sherbet, lemon, lime and jasmine aromas. Yeasty and earthy characters add complexity, with added brioche notes. The palate is creamy and refreshing zingy with lemon, lime acidity. The wine has lovely length and softness with a touch of sweetness but a long dry finish. Serve with Sydney rock oysters or lightly grilled scallops topped with lemon zest.
Pizzini Riesling
An elegant fragrant wine displaying floral spice and lime flavours. The fresh lingering acidity makes it a perfect match with seafood and Asian cuisine.
Pizzini Nonna Gisella
Named after Alfred Pizzini's grandmother, this is a medium bodied Sangiovese - warm and humble just like its namesake. Aromas of lightly spiced plums and cherries lead to hints of chocolate, leather and lovely savoury characters. The palate is generous and full flavoured with good length, soft tannins and flavours of plums and cherries.
Pizzini Lambrusco Salamino
Forget everything you think you know about Lambrusco… lightly sparkling and ruby red in colour, our Lambrusco Salamino is soft, approachable and beautifully balanced. Setting a benchmark for this style in Australia, on the palate the wine is a fresh and dry with an explosion of textural notes that recalls the bottle fermentation techniques used. This richly coloured drop is powerful yet elegant – a truly a drink anywhere and anytime style. Not too sweet, but not too dry, this fuller bodied, juicy sparkling pairs perfectly with salami or antipasti.
Pizzini Rosetta
Using the mainstay Italian variety Sangiovese, Fred Pizzini has crafted a dry style of rose with tropical fruits and floral undertones. Perfect with al fresco dining!
