Penfolds Bin 28 From Penfolds to the World Shiraz

First made in 1959, Bin 28 was originally named after the famous Kalimna vineyard in the Barossa Valley purchased by Penfolds in 1945. Today, Bin 28 offers a showcase of warm-climate Australian shiraz – ripe, robust and generously flavoured. Classic berry fruits combine beautifully with mocha, chocolate, espresso flavours, mid-palate richness and juicy acidity.

Penfolds Bin 311 Chardonnay

Since the early 90's, Penfolds have been producing Chardonnay from the cool climate region of Tumbarumba. The Chardonnay is elegant with white florals, stone fruits and a great acidity structure. Maturation in French Oak gives the Bin 311 a subtle nutty savoury flavour through and through. A great all season wine for all sorts of occasions.

Grenache has long been a stalwart of the South Australian wine scene and Penfolds have been blending Grenache with Shiraz since the 1950's.
