Paxton AAA Shiraz Grenache

Shiraz and Grenache blend beautifully in many of the warmer parts of South Australia. This AAA is Paxton's 9th release, crafted similar to a Rhone-style wine yet it is packed with Au's Terroir. Bright with juicy red berry fruits and spices on the palate with well integrated oak and tannins, giving this wine a remarkable lengthy finish.

Paxton The Vale Cab Sauvignon

This McLaren Vale red, with its rich blackcurrant and mint characters and fine tannin finish would make a good match with dishes such as lamb shanks or rack of lamb. If you can keep your hands off it the wine will age beautifully over the next five years or so.

Paxton The Pollinator McLaren Vale Shiraz

When bees are present, the ecological environment is healthy and thriving. The Pollinator Series salutes our beloved Honeybee, Paxton's mascot, for it's vital role in maintaining natural balance and health in the world and in our organic-biodynamic vineyards. The Pollinator Shiraz shows an explosion of raspberries, strawberries, mulberries and plums with a hint of lavender and sandalwood on the nose. On the palate, a medium bodied, drink while young style of wine, bright and fresh red berry fruits followed by a fantastic mid palate packed full of vibrant layers of fruit intensity and topped off with silky tannins and a velvet finish.
