Since 1992, Madfish have been producing an exciting range of contemporary, cool climate wines inspired by the wild, coastal and pure characterises of Australia's South West. The wines are made by the dedicated team led by chief winemaker Janice McDonald. The chardonnay displays bright notes of citrus blossom, peach fuzz and melon that merge beautifully with rich nuances of crème caramel, lemon curd and vanilla pod. A scattering of nutmeg and preserved pear furthers the texture and flavour on the palate.

Light straw colouring with an abundance of flavour, MadFish Gold Turtle is balanced and fresh. Apricot and cloves are evident on the nose, with a palate consisting of pear, apple and ginger, balanced by the perfect amount of acidity.
