Lark Sláinte Single Malt Whisky Liqueur (slon- cha; Gaelic= to your good health) was developed by the Lark Distillery after strong demand for a unique Australian Single Malt Whisky Liqueur. Sláinte is a marriage of premium mature Single Malt Whisky, with a unique distilled spirit of herbs and spices, produced in smaller copper pot stills. They are carefully combined over time, to give the right complexity of character, spiciness and sweetness; whilst maintaining the overtones of the acclaimed, small batch Single Malt Whisky Lark is now famous for.

Lark is Tasmanian whisky, proudly unique in character and style. Entirely made by hand with no more than 100 litres at a time, Lark's 58% Cask Strength expression is widely regarded as 'one of the world's best cask strength whiskies', winning numerous international medals and trophies. Surprisingly easy to drink at this strength, the whisky driven by a more rich malty alcohol, perfectly dominating the floral and crýme caramel notes to reveal layers of Tasmanian malt bursting across the palate, finishing with lengthy maple syrup sweet notes of highland peat and oily spice.

Symphony No. 1 is the first blended malt from the House of Lark, representing a composition of exceptional Tasmanian single malt whiskies. Crafted from a symphony of complementary casks, Head Distiller Chris Thomson has expertly woven the complexity of American oak bourbon with the balance of sherry and heavier depth of port to form a creamy, oily melody of flavours; a malt whisky thats full of life from start to finish and carries the uncompromised signature of Lark Whiskya Tasmanian icon.

Approachable but complex, our Classic Cask 43 per cent is a whisky made for sharing, celebrating, and enjoying. Handcrafted in the Coal River Valley, it’s a true labour of love from the second it leaves our distillery to the moment the cork is popped and the whisky is enjoyed. Double-distilled in locally crafted copper-pot stills and aged in carefully selected small casks, the Classic Cask features the citrus and butterscotch of the Lark house style with a hint of Tasmanian peat. A great balance of sweet, spicy and savoury elements make this the perfect everyday dram for whisky-lovers on all stages of their whisky drinking journey.
