A juicy and vibrant Australina Pinot Gris with a little French style. This Pinot Gris exhibits generous, elegant fruit, with a floral texture and citrus finish.

With age, this wine has developed beautifully, offering a softer, more integrated expression of its original richness. The lifted aromas of fruit cake and ripe plums have deepened, now joined by hints of dried fig and mocha. The black pepper spice remains, though more mellow, seamlessly woven with warm oak notes of cinnamon and sweet vanillin.
