With these wines, we celebrate over 175 years of Australian winemaking heritage. Our Chief Winemaker selected the best parcels of grapes from a mix of premium regions throughout Australia to deliver this full flavoured Sauvignon Blanc.

With age, this wine has developed beautifully, offering a softer, more integrated expression of its original richness. The lifted aromas of fruit cake and ripe plums have deepened, now joined by hints of dried fig and mocha. The black pepper spice remains, though more mellow, seamlessly woven with warm oak notes of cinnamon and sweet vanillin. Time has added elegance and length to the palate, making this a smooth, rounded and comforting drop with impressive balance.

Another fantastic bubbles from the team at Jacob's Creek who continue to produce great quality sparklings for some great prices. The blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes displays an elegant soft pink colour with an attractive marriage of lemon citrus flavours with fresh strawberry and red currant characters.

Along with its award winning sister, the Jacob's Creek Sparkling Moscato Rosé shows sweet notes of strawberry and red berry flesh with soft, zingy acidity and spritz. A very crowd friendly bubbly.

A lower alcohol take on a classic Australian sparkling wine. Half the alcohol, half the calories, with a deliciously crisp taste. This crisp Brut Cuvée exhibits vibrant aromas of pear and quince with a delicate acidity.

Loads of flavour here, but not as much oakiness as you might think. Sure, it's there, but the vibrancy and depth of the fruit more than compensates. Dark fruit freshened by minty regional undertones, great length and smoothness brought about by 5 years in our cellar, and you have a terrific Coonawarra cabernet. Deep crimson in colour, this Barossa Shiraz is beautifully complex yet approachable. Juicy plum and forest berries mingle with light vanilla oak and cocoa, framed by smooth tannins. Perfectly cellared, it’s drinking wonderfully now and pairs effortlessly with hard cheeses or hearty meat dishes.
