The blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes displays an elegant soft pink colour with an attractive marriage of lemon citrus flavours with fresh strawberry and red currant characters.

The complex palate reveals itself with style. Traditionally assertive Coonawarra tannins are evident at first, before giving way to a mid palate filled with ripe cassis, olive tapenade and complex briary hints. Fine, dusty tannins give excellent line and length, and are layered with sweet and toasty characters reminiscent of crýme brýlýe. Our unique Double Barrel technique of finishing in aged Irish whiskey barrels has integrated the myriad of flavours and brought extra richness to the palate.

A lower alcohol take on a classic Australian sparkling wine. Half the alcohol, half the calories, with a deliciously crisp taste. This crisp Brut Cuvée exhibits vibrant aromas of pear and quince with a delicate acidity.

Loads of flavour here, but not as much oakiness as you might think. Sure, it's there, but the vibrancy and depth of the fruit more than compensates. Dark fruit freshened by minty regional undertones, great length and smoothness brought about by 5 years in our cellar, and you have a terrific Coonawarra cabernet. With age, this wine has developed beautifully, offering a softer, more integrated expression of its original richness. The lifted aromas of fruit cake and ripe plums have deepened, now joined by hints of dried fig and mocha. The black pepper spice remains, though more mellow, seamlessly woven with warm oak notes of cinnamon and sweet vanillin. Time has added elegance and length to the palate, making this a smooth, rounded and comforting drop with impressive balance.
