Our Chief Winemaker selected the best parcels of grapes from a mix of premium regions throughout Australia to deliver this full flavoured Sauvignon Blanc.

The blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes displays an elegant soft pink colour with an attractive marriage of lemon citrus flavours with fresh strawberry and red currant characters.

Light and elegant, the palate highlights lemon and citrus fruit with a hint of biscuit finishing with a delicate and refreshing acid. The complex palate reveals itself with style. Traditionally assertive Coonawarra tannins are evident at first, before giving way to a mid palate filled with ripe cassis, olive tapenade and complex briary hints. Fine, dusty tannins give excellent line and length, and are layered with sweet and toasty characters reminiscent of crýme brýlýe. Our unique Double Barrel technique of finishing in aged Irish whiskey barrels has integrated the myriad of flavours and brought extra richness to the palate.

Jacob's Creek Double Barrel Shiraz Cabernet is a finely balanced mixture of ripe dark fruits and fine texture. The Limestone Coast offers fruit of intensity with ripe dark berry flavours and outstanding freshness. Finishing in Scotch Whisky barrels has softened the tannin profile whilst adding a slight cherry, crème brûlée edge, due to the heavy toast to the barrels.

Enjoy the fun and convenience of this piccolo 200 ml bottle at any time. The citrus and toasted cashew flavours of Chardonnay are married to the fresh bread crust characters of Pinot Noir. The finish is soft, crisp and clean.

A pale straw‑coloured fizz with a gentle, fine bead. On the nose you’ll pick up fresh lemon‑citrus brightness, followed by red‑currant and light cherry fruit, layered with creamy, biscuity and bread‑crust yeast characters. On the palate it delivers lively fruit flavours and creamy yeast complexity, finishing long, clean and dry with good balance.

The refreshing lemon citrus aromas of Chardonnay harmonise with the red currant characters of Pinot Noir. Generous citrus fruit flavours are enhanced by creamy nutty lees notes, which provide richness and structure. The wine finishes soft, crisp and clea
