Coopers

Coopers Sparkling Ale

Australian made and owned. Coopers Sparkling Ale is brewed and fermented using a unique method of top fermentation and natural bottle conditioning. Coopers are famous for this process which leaves a natural residue of yeast during maturation and gives a cloudy appearance with an enhanced flavour. No additives, no preservatives.

Coopers Mild Ale

Mild Ale is brewed with a selection of barley and wheat malt, and with no added sugar. This traditional brewing approach provides the smooth malt character which is balanced by a triple hopping with Pride of Ringwood and Saaz hops. The brew is fermented similarly to its stablemates Pale and Sparkling Ale, with the customary secondary fermentation in the bottle.

Coopers Pacific Ale Can

With a striking blue label, Coopers Pacific Pale Ale is a fresh, sessionable and fruity ale with a distinct dry hop character and mild bitterness. Displaying citrus aromas, subtle fruity overtones and the estery flavours of a Coopers Ale yeast, Pacific Pale Ale is brewed using the same secondary fermentation process as all our ales.

Coopers Dark Ale

A dark brew full of promise. Coopers Dark Ale is a journey in taste, starting fresh and creamy, and finishing with a lingering coffee flavour. Brewed with traditional top fermentation and then naturally conditioned, Coopers 'Dark' is made using roasted and chocolate malts, giving it a rich dark colour and unique flavour.

Coopers Pale Ale

Guaranteed to turn heads, this is the beer that inspired a new generation of ale drinkers. With its fruity and floral characters, balanced with a crisp bitterness, Coopers Pale Ale has a compelling flavour which is perfect for every occasion. Naturally fermented in the "Burton-upon-Trent" style, a secondary fermentation creates the trademark sediment that gives 'Pale' its fine cloudy appearance.

Coopers Session Ale

Coopers Session Ale is a refreshing summer style naturally conditioned ale that delivers tropical fruit notes with a distinct dry hop character and mild bitterness.

Coopers Brew Enhancer No.2 1kg

Coopers Brew Enhancer No. 2 contains dextrose, maltodextrin and Light Dry Malt. The dextrose will ferment out completely with no residual cidery flavours whilst the maltodextrin does not ferment thus improving the body, mouthfeel and head retention. The Light Dry Malt, being 100% pale malt, will further add to the body and increase the malt character of your favourite brew. Great for use with any beer styles where a fuller, maltier flavour is preferred.

Coopers Home Brew Lager 1.7kg

Coopers Lager produces a straw coloured home brew with golden hues and a lacy white head. Recommended to be brewed with 1kg of Coopers Brew Enhancer 1.

Coopers Home Brew Stout 1.7kg

Can be consumed young or cellared for a number of years with excellent results.

Coopers Home Brew English Bitter 1.7kg

Coopers English Bitter is a brown copper colour with red hues and a creamy head. It displays a pleasing floral aroma with a blend of toasty/sweet malt flavours finishing with a firm bitter finish. It may be served slightly less chilled, if desired.
