Named after Patricia Brown, the Patricia Shiraz is Brown Brothers benchmark Shiraz boasting richly concentrated, spicy fruit flavours balanced elegantly by sweet oak flavours and fine tannins resulting in a full-bodied, rich, textured red wine which can be enjoyed now and will continue to develop for the next decade.

The last few releases of Brown Brothers Patricia Cabernet Sauvignon have put this firmly on the map of Australian benchmark Cabernets. It's colour already a great indication of a wine with depth, along with the complex aromas of blackcurrant, dark fruits and well integrated oak. The ripe fruits are very concentrated on the palate with distinctive fine tannins, hints of sweet spice and a lingering finish. A fantastic vintage to enjoy now or careful cellaring for another 6 - 8 years.

No simple lemonade characters here, but rather some depth in aroma and flavour. Granny Smith apples, grapefruit, pear skin, preserved lemon. Hand picked grapes from cool climate vineyards in the King Valley and Tumbarumba were used to craft a methode traditionelle sparkling wine of the highest quality. Lifted aromas of green apple and citrus on the nose, and after extended time on lees the palate is soft and creamy with brioche characters.
