Distilled using ultra premium grape spirit and billson's alpine spring water. George's Gin is made up of 11 botanicals including Australian native fingerlimes prducing fresh aromas of juniper with lifted lime/lemon notes and complex anise characters. This is a light bodied gin with brisk piney juniper, lime peel, anise and pepper flavours giving lots of layers, finishing off with a zesty hit of lime aftertaste.

A stunning small batch gin made to honour Alfred Arthur Billson, who took over running Billson's in 1882, at age 23. This unique spirit is distilled with 13 botanicals and whole butterfly pea flowers, which give it a stiking hue. Watch Alfred's peculiar gin change colour from deep violet to lovely lolac with the addition of tonic water or lemonade.
