Archie Rose Double Malt Whisky showcases the bright, grassy fruitiness of malted rye backed up by rich aromas of Aussie fortified wine, vanilla from American oak and the smooth sweetness of local malted barley. Emerald Finger Lime Harvest Gin is the latest release from the Harvest series, shining a spotlight on native Emerald Green Finger Limes by producers Mark and Vickie of Marvick Native Farms. Grown in the coastal air of Western Australia and individually picked by hand. Emerald Green Finger Limes are native to Australia and renowned for their iconically vibrant pearls and citrus flavour. This rare and beautiful native citrus creates a gin with heady aromas of makrut lime zest, yuzu and powerful peppery pine.

Archie Rose Australian Malt Whisky is a delicious new style of local whisky created exclusively by Australia’s most highly awarded distillery. Crafted from sustainably sourced, farm grown heritage rye and barley malts grown in red earth under the deep blue skies of the Australian bush, this locally made and grown whisky boasts a bold yet refined personality. Complemented by maturation in French and American oak casks, the palate is smooth, balanced and approachable, revealing notes of vanilla and rich caramel. Australian Malt Whisky is bold enough to stand up in your favourite mixed drinks and cocktails, but complex and smooth enough to sip on its own.

To create this truly unique whisky, we selectively sourced rare malted rye and the finest malted barley from progressive malt houses, paired them with virgin American oak casks air-dried for 36 months and let it all mature in the maritime air of coastal Sydney. Our preference for malted rye over the far more commonly used unmalted rye affords this whisky a point of distinction evident upon the very first sip. This layered, aromatic spirit offers notes of spiced custard, ginger, stone fruit and baked apple pie with a fresh herbal finish that lingers on the palate.

Made and mixed in Australia, our new Vanilla Espresso Martini makes for a characterful rendition of the classic you know and love, featuring high-quality cold drip coffee and ethically sourced vanilla. It’s layered over Archie Rose True Cut Vodka, from our Fundamental Spirits family, cold distilled with nothing but Australian wheat and local botanicals, including reclaimed orange peel, local apple, native river mint, native local lemon myrtle and triple filtered water.

The Rosella Blossom Gin Sour delivers a homegrown twist on the classic sour, bursting with native finger lime and a tropical hint of pineapple. From the Archie Rose Fundamental Spirits family, it features a foundation of our Straight Dry Gin — cold distilled with sustainably sourced local and Australian botanicals, including lemon myrtle, reclaimed orange peel and pink peppercorn.

Cocktails don’t come more refreshing than an ice-packed Mojito. Our pillowy soft White Cane, our Australian nod to a white rum, lends a rounded note of local sugarcane, backed by the juicy pop of native finger lime, a touch of agave and cooling river mint. Ready to pour and top with a wheel of lime, a dash of soda or sparkling wine.

This whisky is the result of a happy accident that saw us fill 100 and 200 litre Australian Apera casks with Rye Malt Whisky instead of Single Malt Whisky to create an unexpected but exceptional series of small-batch releases. This combination of Rye Malt Whisky and Apera cask maturation reveals flavours of hazelnut cream, figs, crème brûlée and raisins.

Reinforcing our commitment to Australian grains and local terroir this whisky revisits the flavours of the NSW malt showcased in our first trials and exceptions release, Sandigo Heritage Rye Malt Whisky. It offers bold spice notes including ginger and licroice with a finish of creme brulee.
