Emerald Finger Lime Harvest Gin is the latest release from the Harvest series, shining a spotlight on native Emerald Green Finger Limes by producers Mark and Vickie of Marvick Native Farms. Grown in the coastal air of Western Australia and individually picked by hand. Emerald Green Finger Limes are native to Australia and renowned for their iconically vibrant pearls and citrus flavour. This rare and beautiful native citrus creates a gin with heady aromas of makrut lime zest, yuzu and powerful peppery pine.

Archie Rose Australian Malt Whisky is a delicious new style of local whisky created exclusively by Australia’s most highly awarded distillery. Crafted from sustainably sourced, farm grown heritage rye and barley malts grown in red earth under the deep blue skies of the Australian bush, this locally made and grown whisky boasts a bold yet refined personality. Complemented by maturation in French and American oak casks, the palate is smooth, balanced and approachable, revealing notes of vanilla and rich caramel. Australian Malt Whisky is bold enough to stand up in your favourite mixed drinks and cocktails, but complex and smooth enough to sip on its own.

Archie Rose Rye Malt Whisky

To create this truly unique whisky, we selectively sourced rare malted rye and the finest malted barley from progressive malt houses, paired them with virgin American oak casks air-dried for 36 months and let it all mature in the maritime air of coastal Sydney. Our preference for malted rye over the far more commonly used unmalted rye affords this whisky a point of distinction evident upon the very first sip. This layered, aromatic spirit offers notes of spiced custard, ginger, stone fruit and baked apple pie with a fresh herbal finish that lingers on the palate.

This whisky is the result of a happy accident that saw us fill 100 and 200 litre Australian Apera casks with Rye Malt Whisky instead of Single Malt Whisky to create an unexpected but exceptional series of small-batch releases. This combination of Rye Malt Whisky and Apera cask maturation reveals flavours of hazelnut cream, figs, crème brûlée and raisins.
