In the glass: Pale lemon straw.On the nose: Epressive green apple, passionfruit and lime.On the palate: Dry and generous with a mix of gooseberry, grapefruit and guava, creamy texture and crisp acidity.

<p>Deep and dark purple in colour. Aromas of plums, mulberry and violets with hints of anise and chocolate, along with some background oak spice.</p> <p>Has flavours of spiced plums and blackcurrant, the wine is full flavoured and shows fresh dark berry fruit, some cloves and chocolate characters, and a lingering finish.</p>

The distinctly Cabernet characters of dark chocolate, succulent tannins and dark berries flow through with intensity, balance and fruit weight. Its a quintessential Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon.
