TWØBAYS seasonal beer for Spring 2019 is a bright and punchy Extra Pale Pale (XPA) with citrus aromatics atop a crisp and lean palette. Brewed with galaxy hops, the beer is somewhere between a Pale Ale and an IPA – in No Man’s Land.

Jam packed with aromas of fresh citrus, tropical fruit (mango, pineapple) aromas and a hint of pine. Light malt base for a smooth body with crisp bitterness. Extreme drinkability with no compromise on flavour.

Using three hop varieties in the brew house and three hop varieties for a dry hop aroma reminiscent of a delicious seasonal fruit salad.A lighter malt base with a hint of toffee to round out the body underscores what is a moderate to strong hop aroma with hints of citrus and tropical fruit.
