Elsie is made by combining unfermentable lactose with a malt bill so complex the brewers refer to it as their 'kitchen sink beer'. The result is a beer that's sweet and smooth and dark and roasty, with gentle touches of chocolate, coffee and cream. Served on nitrogen at the bar, but conditioned for the bottle, allowing yeast to naturally carbonate the stout for an incredibly thick and smooth texture. She's so tasty, you'll believe cows really can jump over the moon!

Deep in Sierra Nevadas barrel room, out of light's reach, the legendary Narwhal Imperial Stout rests in bourbon barrels for nearly a year. After aging, it emerges anew: rich with notes of oak, vanilla and coconut layered onto the Stout's malt flavors of dark chocolate and espresso.

This Espresso Stout is brewed using well-roasted espresso beans. The recipe is based on the imperial stout loved by the russian emperor. Please enjoy the balance of its rich taste and coffee flavor.

First off, Pirate Life layered nine (thats a lot) grain varietals in the mash, then hit it with a good dose of cocoa. That distinctive honeycomb taste comes from Belgian Dark Candi Sugar - a bit of brewing wizardry for the win. It pours deep brown with a tan head of foam. Expect aromas of choc-honeycomb and espresso. On the palate, you'll find the perfect balance between roasty and sweet, with lifted notes of toffee and choc-caramel. Go on, treat yourself.

Aged on a blend of Sugar maple and Amburana, lending a phantasmagorical and shifting expression of ginger, shortbread, maple, black pepper, herbal thyme, hyssop, and mallow. Just as you think you begin to understand the aroma shifts into another impossible fractal geometry, leaving you disoriented, your sanity buckling.
