Clean, crisp and refreshing, our Pilsner is a nod to the classic king of lagers. A lean body of cracker malts is complemented by herbaceous noble hops that deliver notes of freshly cut hay. Finishing with a firm, cleansing bitterness, this no-nonsense beer is guaranteed to please Lager fans (and win over some new ones along the way). Gluten Reduced All Rocky Ridge beers are brewed locally at our carbon-neutral facility and are preservative-free and unpasteurised. It’s all part of our commitment to making beer the right way plus its Vegan friendly.

A light, hoppy European style lager. We keep things fairly traditional using Saaz hops straight from the Czech Republic with just a dash from the UK. A cool ferment followed by long cool conditioning gives you our Pilsner - one thirst quenching lager. IBU 25 Floral and herbal hop aromatics are supplied by Czech Saaz hops, a signature of the Pilsner style. Bready, cracker-like malt from the premium Pilsner malt used. Smooth bitterness on the front palate, balanced by slight bread crust sweetness from the malt. Light and spritzy at first sip, this Pilsner finishes dry to invite a second one. A Tasmanian Pilsner presenting golden to straw in colour and light in body, with clean malt notes. Flavours and aromas of Guava and Lychee from the tassie grown Enigma hops are boosted by the salinity in an addition of Seaweed for a fruity and umami combo that finishes crisp to leave you wanting more.

Nelson Sauvin and Saaz hops have come together in this unique twist in a classic Pilsner. Gooseberry, white wine and floral hop flavours balance on the palate.

Barahsinghe is a crisp and balanced premuim dry hopped lager.Brewed with imported German malted barley,natural spring water and aromatics hops, this beer with floral, woody and aromatics will certainly please your palate.It is a bottom-fermenting beer, which means the fermenting takes place at the wort’s bottom. It is also a dry hopped beer which means additional hops are added during fermentation rather than during mashing. Amongst all our beers, Pilsner takes the longest time to ferment.
