Hornet IPA, the first IPA from Black Hops Brewing, is a beer with some bite to it. Dry, angry, and bitter, this is a modern IPA with a subtle sweet side hiding among hints of stone and citrus fruits, and the ever present hoppy bitterness.

The Super Hornet DIPA is an upgraded redesign of our Hornet IPA, fitted with extra ABV firepower and extended bitterness range, this bad boy is destined to establish flavour superiority. Loaded with an armament of fresh NATO hops, you will smell this beer before you even see it coming.

Rich, full bodied with smooth with hints of caramel. Mosaic, Citra and El Dorado Hops give solid bitterness with the delicious flavours of mango and lime, with aromas of pear and watermelon candy.

Our NEIPA is hazy and malty with a restrained bitterness and sweet flavours of mango, pineapple and oranges. At 6.6% this is our crowd pleaser. Packed with Mosaic, Amarillo and Citra hops to give it a juicy tropical finish.

What up left coast! This sessionable IPA is brewed with pale malt that gives a touch of residual sweetness to balance the firm bitterness, while taking a back seat to the tropical & stone fruit hop flavours and aromas. WOW!

We said wed never make an IPA, because Moo Brew (and Mona) owner David Walsh isnt into IPAs. Then we made a Limited Release IPA and made Walshie drink it. He did not fire us. Plus it sold like hot cakes (and won a bunch of stuff). So we added an IPA to our core range. And its a lighting-strike tempting 6.66% alc/vol.The Moo Brew IPA is light in colour, using a well-balanced pale base malt bill with some specialty malts from Germany thrown in to give it some complexity. The hops present big, fruit-driven notes coupled with a piny, resinous backbone that makes your tongue furry (in a good way, promise). This sprightly, heavily hopperised (thats a technical term) brew is guaranteed to stand tall even in this most oversaturated of beer categories.

This super-popular East Coast-style ale with its bold and hazy deliciousness is juicy with lip-smacking bitterness. Its a complex explosion of mango and citrus-intense fruitiness, finishing with a fresh dry hop taste.
