By ageing the classic Duvel in oak Jamaican rum barrels, the golden-coloured speciality beer acquired powerful, typical rum notes of vanilla, dried fruit and oak. Pours deep dark red colour, with a light pink, compact and lacing head. Soft fruity aroma, with hints of almond and mildly sour cherries on the nose. The palate is sweet and fruity, with a nice balance between sweet and sour. An excellent dessert beer.

Brewed out of the old 'Little Creatures' Brewery that was carted across the country from Fremantle, this great dark ale has a great intensity with sweet tones. Medium hops with caramel and toffee notes that lingers for considerable time.

The team at Stone & Wood created their Pacific Ale as homage to their home on the edge of the Pacific Ocean. This refreshing beer is brewed using all Australian barley, Galaxy hops, and wheat. It is a cloudy, golden beer, with big fruity aromas. Westmalle Dubbel (7%) is a dark red-brown beer with a rich, complex taste thanks to re-fermentation in the bottle. You pick up touches of caramel, malt and fruity esters reminiscent of ripe banana. The beer pearls beneath a covering of dense, cream-coloured froth. A lovely lace pattern forms on the inside of the glass once emptied. The long, dry finish of this balanced, mild Trappist beer will stay with you.

Crisp Session Ale 3.5%A truly refreshing and crisp session ale with a mild fruity hop presence. A mashup of barley, wheat and oat malts provides a soft and full flavour balanced by a touch of bitterness in the finish. An all day, all night beer.
