An intensely citrus gin made using produce from Gondwana Native Lime Farm on the Macleay Valley Coast, NSW. It features Australian Red Limes and Native Red Finger Limes, complimented by Tahitian Limes and Kaffir Lime Leaf. It is a refreshingly Citrus walk through the Aussie Bush.

Esters striking Dry Gin is crafted using a traditional all-in method of distillation. Sitting at a proper and well-integrated 43% abv, the recipe takes the clean, juniper-forward profile inspired by a classic London Dry style before layers of Esters own unique twistwith a punch of savoury citrus flavour and the judicious accent of locally grown botanicals.

Husk Pure Cane is a signature unaged agricole. Vibrant, grassy and fresh, this young agricole is the perfect introduction to this beautiful and unique style of rum. Most of the rum enjoyed in the Caribbean is unaged, or white, rum. To truly understand the complexity of agricole rum you must start with the spirit in its purest form unaged. Pure Cane is designed to be mixed in simple, refreshing ways. Recommended cocktails include mojitos, daiquiris, the traditional Brazilian Caipirinha or just keep it simple and mix with soda water and a squeeze of lime.

A delicate citrus/floral nose of fresh lime, guava and lavender warmth, given tension from herbal tones of pink peppercorn, lemon myrtle and the unmistakable, yet light scent of wormwood. Blood orange and peppery juniper set the tone on the palate with a fine interplay of refreshing herbal raciness and a pleasing sweetness derived from vanilla. Lavender floral and vanilla tones continue onto a smooth and elegant finish.

Bundaberg Overproof Rum is distilled, aged, then bottled at strength for a bold flavour full of oak, caramel and spice. For a Bundy and cola with a bolder taste, take a highball glass, fill with ice, add 30ml of Bundaberg Overproof rum and top with cola. Garnish with a wedge of lime.
