The current release of the Fire Gully Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is a superb exampe of the blend. Complex and interesting with fascinating oyster shell aromatics, intense pure white tropical flavours with schisty minerally notes: powerful, vibrand and tangy, finishing fresh and zesty. The Vasse Felix Cane Cut has complex aromas of lemon meringue and ginger nut, with hints of vanilla spice. A lovely viscous, silky mouthfeel provides richness and texture.

Fraser Gallop Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is partially barrel fermented combining the strengths of Semillon & Sauvignon Blanc to deliver an aromatic wine of strong citrus & grassy characters, tropical fruits, complexity and wonderful balance. It comes from the talented hands of Clive Otto.

A classically racy, punchy Margaret River SBS with exuberant fruit and freshness. The Semillon comes from 20 year old vines rooted in the North Block gravels and sees a small amount (13 per cent) of barrel fermentation. This component supplies some texture to complement the wine's crunchy lime, lemongrass, grapefruit and herbal notes.
