A rich and complex Scotch, finished in Caribbean Rum casks with toffee sweetness, notes of vanilla and hints of new leather. The Rum casks give the Scotch just the perfect kiss of exotic spice. Best enjoyed neat, with a splash of filtered water or over ice.

The Hakushu Distillery is know as the 'Mountain Forest Distillery' as it stands amidst fresh streams and lush forests. Built with the notion, 'Coexisting with nature', a bird sanctuary was set up to help preserve the natural environment, thus preserving the pristine water that goes into creating the whisky. The 12 year old single malt whisky has a crisp and vibrant taste and can be enjoyed on neat, on the rocks or with ice and soda water.

With this whisky, White Oak opted for a little twist in their aging process using ex Sake Casks to mature for three years. This provides a sweet and fruity profile. Full boded palate with deep sweetness, malt, and a very slight peat. Medium to long finish. This distillery was founded in 1888 by Eigashima Shuzo and has been producing Sake and Shochu every since. In 1919, Eigashima Shuzo obtained a license to manufacture whisky and when the company moved to their current facilities in 1984, the White Oak Distillery was born.

For this limited release 6 Yar Old Single Malt, Akashi initially matured the whisky for five years in Cognac casks, before being finished in a single first-fill white wine cask for at least 10 months. Aromas of white fruits, heather, and jasmine are complemented by hints of oak, citrus, and fresh grass across the palate. Classic Speyside Distillery, Balvenie have blended some of their rarest reserve whiskies and aged them for 21 long years. In the final few months of the ageing process, the whisky is transferred to port casks, or pipes, to impart a luscious, creamy and silken character. The whisky is tasted regularly by the Balvenie Malt Master to impart just the perfect amount of flavour to further enhance those honey and spice notes that give way to a long, gentle and nutty finish.

The nose on this 21 Year Old blend is of dark muscovado sugar and vanilla, followed by touches of earth and mulch. Dark, deep fruit notes among a milky latte underlay. Kanosuke 2022 Edition is a single malt Japanese whisky produced at Kanosuke Distillery between 2017-2019. Made with unpeated malt, it has been bottled at cask strength from a blend of barrels, with sherry casks as key.
