Using the distillery's 120 years of rum-making expertise, the master craftsmen have searched our two-year old Bundaberg Rum reserves and selected a vat that was producing a rum with extra special characteristics. This premium rum was then doubled aged for a minimum of four years in our hand-crafted oak vats until it reached its peak.

Hand-crafted using a combination of locally sourced Riverina citrus, and traditional botanicals, our Dry Gin Murrumbidgee is inspired by the Riverina, New South Wales, the food bowl of Australia. This is the first Gin to be released in Griffith, New South Wales it is wonderfully balanced and juniper-forward, with heavy notes of citrus. A slight hint of the dryness to the palate initially, followed by refreshing citrus presence of New South Wales kelp among our list of botanicals.

Launched in March 2015, Archie Rose Distilling Co. is the first independent distillery and bar to open in the City of Sydney in over 160 years. Billy Goats, our Queensland Gin is a small batch, handcrafted using a unique selection of Old and New World Botanicals. We have combined Australian Wheat spirit with gently soaked Juniper, the freshness of Ruby Red Grapefruit, Lemon Myrtle and Native Australian Finger Limes for a vibrant citrus burst. We were looking for a very approachable Gin that had enough citrus for a refreshing burst, but also with enough subtle botanicals to give complexity and depth.
