Unique to Old Kempton Distillery Lavender Malt contains a blend of three pure ingredients Tasmanian mountain water, Tasmanian lavender and malted barley. This secret recipe is combined through our copper stills in the heart of Tasmania to create a delicious liqueur with hints of honey, spice and, of course, lavender. Think tart citrus not sweet, our Citrus Gin has a real citric tang to it. We peel fruit and use the rind of orange, blood lime, and finger lime and then use a combination of fresh lemon and peeled lemon with a little ginger to give this a real zesty finish. Great with tonic or soda.

Ageing in Oak Barrels for a minimum of two years we have a refined and elegant rum that is then paired with caramel and sea salt to produce the nectar of the gods, Capricorn Salted Caramel Rum Liqueur. Capricorn Salted Caramel Rum Liqueur is slightly sweet, however there is a focus on highlighting our aged rum. Its delicious and can be served many different ways. Seacliff vodka is handcrafted from barley, grown in the nutrient rich, red earth soils of the fertile Riverina region. By having complete oversight of the inputs that go into the vodka, it is possible to create a delicately smooth vodka.
