Imbue distillerys inaugural gin - a smooth wheat-based spirit starring locally abundant, foraged botanicals from Melbournes fringe suburbs. Suburban is boldly spicy, with the unmistakable pine aroma of juniper and the nutty warmth of coriander. Sunflower seed oils carry the grassy fennel and ginger heat through a burst of lemon to a crisp finish. Garnish with cucumber in a g&t to enhance the prickly pears unique melon notes.

Four times distilled, made from whey, pure Australian water and charcoal filtering helps to remove any impurities to produce an ultra clean, silky smooth spirit with the finest taste. Our classic Dry Gin is juniper forward, lightly spiced with coriander and pepper berry. The fennel links the softer notes of the cinnamon, angelica and orange to give this gin a great mouth feel. Enjoy in a classic G & T or on ice.

Our Navy Gin is bold yet balanced, full flavoured and complex Gin based on similar botanicals as our Dry Gin with a few little tweaks. This fuller flavour Gin will bring to life any cocktail with its Navy Strength complexity, but can be enjoyed simply over ice as a sipping Gin.
