Hand-crafted using a combination of locally sourced Riverina citrus, and traditional botanicals, our Dry Gin Murrumbidgee is inspired by the Riverina, New South Wales, the food bowl of Australia. This is the first Gin to be released in Griffith, New South Wales it is wonderfully balanced and juniper-forward, with heavy notes of citrus. Billy Goats, our Queensland Gin is a small batch, handcrafted using a unique selection of Old and New World Botanicals. We have combined Australian Wheat spirit with gently soaked Juniper, the freshness of Ruby Red Grapefruit, Lemon Myrtle and Native Australian Finger Limes for a vibrant citrus burst. We were looking for a very approachable Gin that had enough citrus for a refreshing burst, but also with enough subtle botanicals to give complexity and depth.
