Billy Goats, our Queensland Gin is a small batch, handcrafted using a unique selection of Old and New World Botanicals. We have combined Australian Wheat spirit with gently soaked Juniper, the freshness of Ruby Red Grapefruit, Lemon Myrtle and Native Australian Finger Limes for a vibrant citrus burst. We were looking for a very approachable Gin that had enough citrus for a refreshing burst, but also with enough subtle botanicals to give complexity and depth. Enjoy straight up, with tonic, with soda, or in a cocktail.

Made in small numbered batches from hand selected rums from the South Pacific and spiced in Australia with a unique dry spiced flavour. No sugar added. No artificial flavours. Australian Owned. Capricorn rum Liqueur Queenslands finest sugarcane is harvested, crushed and refined to produce a beautiful, thick molasses that is at the heart of our pot distilled rum. Ageing in Oak Barrels for a minimum of two years we have a refined and elegant rum that is then paired with caramel and sea salt to produce the nectar of the gods, Capricorn Salted Caramel Rum Liqueur. Capricorn Salted Caramel Rum Liqueur is slightly sweet, however there is a focus on highlighting our aged rum. Its delicious and can be served many different ways. We suggest serving it neat, over ice, with cream, ice cream or mixed with espresso for a true hit. Yummy

Our old tom style of gin is single shot distilled by hand using a traditional copper pot still. with a selection of queenslands finest botanicals weve created an old tom gin that marries the spice and earthen notes of juniper with sweetness from frankincence and myrrh, and refreshing hits of citrus from native finger limes.

The choice of botanicals is a starting point for any distiller and its inclusion of fresh strawberries that gives this gin its unique blush pink hue. Featuring complex fruit flavours thanks to the inclusion of fresh strawberries, which are steeped together with an array of other botanicals. Made from Navel oranges harvested from the Murray River region at peak ripeness. Tingly bright sherbet, caramelised spiced marmalade and bitter orange.

Crafted from fragrant Lisbon and Eureka lemons, harvested from our Estate orchard. Smooth and accented by summery floral notes, Italian lemon sorbet and home-made lemonade.
