A Syrah that is typically characterised by cherry, blueberry, olive paste and spiced cake.

Facing south, this wine was vinified in the same way as the previous cuvées and aged for 20 months in 400-litre barrels, 30% of which were new. A blend of Syrah and Viognier, this cuvée is typically characterised by dark fruits, spice, Christmas pudding, and bitter dark chocolate.
