G-force IPA is brewed using completely late kettle additions of new hop varieties to create a beer with a hop focus on bright tropical flavours with a restrained bitterness. Inspired in part by New England IPAs, G-Forces' hop bill reads like a whos who of desirable modern hops. Like all Slipstream beers G-force is completely unfiltered and has a natural haze that will go bright in the can.

Deep golden brown with hints of red, aromas of toffee, brown sugar and raisins greet the nose. The palate offers more toffee and raisins, with a supporting cast of chocolate and nuts. A hybrid of Australian and American style Pale Ales, which are both renowned for their floral and fruity hop characteristics. The Pale Ale has a clean taste, coming from the strain of yeast used, with flavours leaning somewhat towards the hop flavour over the malts. Medium to light bodied with a moderate carbonation and a smooth refreshing dry finish makes this a desirable and pleasant drinking beer.

Refreshing and thirst quenching summer ale made from 100% Pilsener malt and hopped six times with only Citra hop, producing lychee, mango, pineapple, orange and melon characters. Straw coloured, light malt sweetness, moderate bitterness with a citrus kick and dry finish. This Pony's made itself a fruit salad.

This traditional Irish Stout is dry and intensely roasty in both flavour and aroma thanks to large amounts of Roasted Barley which also impart a delicious chocolate and espresso coffee flavour. Flaked barley provides for a smooth silky body and Kent Goldings hops provide a firm bitterness and balance.

Pale, Munich, Crystal and Wheat provide a golden colour and a medium bodied malty base. Using the Ella hop, a half sister to the more well known Galaxy hop, provides floral, spicy aromas and flavours, a welcome change in a world of fruity, resinous Pale Ales. At 5% ABV it's easily approachable and extremely refreshing. A good all rounder, but also a great match with pizza.
