To add a depth of character Teeling Single Grain is exclusively fully matured in Californian Cabernet Sauvignon wine barrels which creates very distinctive rich amber colour while imparting strong spicy notes and lush red berries and grape flavours. Like all the Teeling Whiskeys, it's bottled at 46% with no chill filtration, allowing for all the natural flavours of the Whiskey to be retained. Made through the combination of unique ingredients, predominately maize/corn, and the modern technique of column distillation producing an exceptionally clean smooth and sweet Irish whiskey.

Tanqueray Flor De Sevilla is a unique distilled gin made with natural flavours of Seville oranges, orange blossom and other fine botanicals.

Absolut Lime is smooth, rich and very fresh with a distinct note of freshly pressed lime and a slightly sweet and fruity finish.

An easy-drinking style, taking the distillery's classically rugged character and softening it out, while maintaining the smoky and sweet notes the distillery is known for. More approachable, but still definitely Talisker. Talisker Skye was introduced in early 2015, named after the beautiful island on which the distillery resides. This expression brings with it a more well-rounded and sweet flavour profile packed with fresh citrus, sweet smoke, peppery spice and traditional Talisker maritime notes. It's matured in a combination of refill and toasted American oak casks, with a slightly higher proportion of toasted casks. During barrel aging a drop of whiskey is lost to evaporation and is sacrificed to the heavens, often referred to as the "Angles Share" Three Angles Irish Whiskey uses a unique "Holy Trinity" blend of Grain, Pot and Malt Irish Whiskey to deliver a silky smooth taste. A sweet & spicy blend which leads with notes of cinnamon and is followed through with notes of ginger and chilli to finish.

The full-bodied flavour of our signature whiskey comes from the unique marriage of single pot still spice and single malt smoothness. A triple distilled Irish whiskey which is complex yet smooth, this is ideal on its own or on the rocks, though a grilled rib eye steak with a side of mash and gravy, would suit it perfectly. Nose: Nectarine, honeydew melon, buttered brown bread. Palate: Custard cream biscuits dunked in tea, cinnamon sticks, peppercorn, and lemon cheesecake. Finish: More biscuit notes, with a touch of anise.
