To add a depth of character Teeling Single Grain is exclusively fully matured in Californian Cabernet Sauvignon wine barrels which creates very distinctive rich amber colour while imparting strong spicy notes and lush red berries and grape flavours. Like all the Teeling Whiskeys, it's bottled at 46% with no chill filtration, allowing for all the natural flavours of the Whiskey to be retained. Made through the combination of unique ingredients, predominately maize/corn, and the modern technique of column distillation producing an exceptionally clean smooth and sweet Irish whiskey.

Deep in the heart of the Glen Grant Distillery is an ambition to create the world's greatest malt whiskies; a challenging task to undertake, but one that Grant brothers embarked upon with fervour. Their 10 Year Old Single Malt is a brilliant introduction into the complex and flavoursome world of aged single malts with approachable flavours of hazelnut and ripe orchard fruits. Macduff distillery is located near the mouth of the River Deveron, where the river meets the sea. Sheltered from the worst of the seaboard storms and winter winds, this tranquil spot has seen the creation of The Deveron malt whisky for many a decade. In the whiskey that bears his name, the legendary spirit of Patrick J. OFlaherty lives on today, worldwide. He was Paddy, to his friends, and they were legion. A kindly, generous and beloved fellow, Paddy traveled pub-to-pub across Ireland, selling Cork Distilleries Map of Ireland Whiskey and giving out rounds of free drinks along the way, for more than four decades, but the legend (and the whiskey) became a favorite well beyond Ireland. Before long, international patrons and publicans alike were clamouring for more Paddy, so the whiskeys name was changed to honour the man himself, as global demand increased. Paddys namesake whiskey, triple distilled and aged in the oaken casks of County Cork, Ireland, was always light, balanced and pure. A smooth, accessible whiskey for nearly a quarter millennium, it remains just so today, wherever you enjoy it.

Produced at the famed Midleton Distillery in County Cork, Three Swallow is crafted from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, then triple distilled in traditional copper pot stills before being matured in 2nd and 3rd fill Bourbon barrels. Finally, it receives a finishing in aged sherry casks. It is intended as a modern representation of what the original Powers tasted like back in the days of John’s Lane distillery. But to confuse matters slightly, it's been released at two different ABVs: 43.2% and this one which lands at 40%. Non chill filtered.

During barrel aging a drop of whiskey is lost to evaporation and is sacrificed to the heavens, often referred to as the "Angles Share" Three Angles Irish Whiskey uses a unique "Holy Trinity" blend of Grain, Pot and Malt Irish Whiskey to deliver a silky smooth taste.
