Lark Sláinte Single Malt Whisky Liqueur (slon- cha; Gaelic= to your good health) was developed by the Lark Distillery after strong demand for a unique Australian Single Malt Whisky Liqueur. Sláinte is a marriage of premium mature Single Malt Whisky, with a unique distilled spirit of herbs and spices, produced in smaller copper pot stills. They are carefully combined over time, to give the right complexity of character, spiciness and sweetness; whilst maintaining the overtones of the acclaimed, small batch Single Malt Whisky Lark is now famous for.

Macduff distillery is located near the mouth of the River Deveron, where the river meets the sea. Sheltered from the worst of the seaboard storms and winter winds, this tranquil spot has seen the creation of The Deveron malt whisky for many a decade. Their signature process involves three types of casks: virgin casks add flavours of toasted oak and vanilla, Tennessee whiskey and bourbon casks add flavours of caramel, banana and butterscotch, and sherry casks add flavours of raisin and spice.
