Copper Strata Riesling
South Australia's landscape has been eroded by time to reveal layer upon layer of copper-toned strata lines. Copper Strata wines are equally shaped by the earth and the seasons over time. This Riesling displays juicy lime and floral notes. Lifted citrus characters with chalky acidity provide a good length of crisp and fresh flavours.
Hesketh Dreamtime Bunnelope White Blend
The Riesling fruit - which accounts for 53% of the blend - was sourced from three different growers in the Eden Valley. Known for its crisp, delicate Rieslings the Eden Valley fruit provides zesty acidity and citrus notes, while the Traminer (36%) fills out the mid-palate nicely with its soft and plush palate texture. The Sauvignon Blanc (11%) lifts the aromatics of the blend with attractive stone-fruit flavours. The palate has layers of citrus, green apple and some hints of spice. Zippy acidity cuts through the fruit sweetness, providing a clean, crisp finish.
d'Arenberg The Stump Jump Riesling
The fruit used to craft The Stump Jump Riesling was gently crushed, fermented, and basket pressed. The resulting white wine showcases a light yellow colour. This beautiful Riesling exudes delightful aromas of frangipani, lemon and lime sherbet from its perfumed bouquet. These vibrant fragrances are replicated on the juicy palate, where they are balanced by subtle sweetness and sharp acidity. This wonderful Riesling ends in a zingy and refreshing finale. Crafted to be enjoyed as an aperitif, it can also be served with beef curry, or fresh and raw fish.
