The Abbey View range of wines began in 1993. The concept is to highlight interesting parcels of fruit from Western Australian wine regions that might otherwise be blended away into other big producers wines. Our Hosteller collection represents a tribute to our finest grapes and the expertise behind our winemaking. In the traditions of convents and monasteries, a 'Hosteller' was the gracious host for visitors. Similarly, our Hosteller wine would leave a lasting impression on any guest. It boasts intense aromas of blackcurrant and blue plum, complemented by a subtle note of toasted oak. The palate offers flavors of sweet plum and blackcurrant, balanced with well-integrated oak. The tannins are velvety, lending to the wine's medium-bodied structure and a lingering finish.

Palest straw. Lifted gooseberry, some passionfruit and subtle grassiness. Citrus and some lychee flavours with a subtle creamy texture achieved through batonage. Minerality and lively acidity giving a crisp clean finish. Crisp, dry, elegant and aromatic white wine.

This appealing Chardonnay has a nose of citrus with melon notes. The palate shows concentrated peach and grapefruit flavours with a creamy finish. Fantastic value!
