Prunier VS Cognac

Amongst the different grades of cognac the VS quality is the youngest which can be sold after a minimum of 30 months in oak casks. For ageing the House of Prunier uses casks of 400 litres coming exclusively from the Limousin district and which are on average 6 to 8 years old.Prunier VS expresses the freshness, the delicacy and the fruit of the different areas of the region. It is an excellent base for mixtures and is adapted to cocktail aromas.

Christian Drouin Le Gin Carmina

After the launch of Le Gin de Christian Douin in 2015, the only gin made from more than 30 varieties of cider apples and 7 herbs selected for their perfect combination of apple and juniper aromas, Guillaume Drouin has created a new blend dedicated to red fruits. Carmina is made with the same principles as the original version of Le Gin; each botanical or fruit is macerated and redistilled separately in order to optimise the extraction of aromas. The distillates are then blended before bottling. This time the bouquet is summery. It combines flowers and fruit with the use of raspberry, blackcurrant, elderflower, vanilla, lemon and orange in addition to juniper and cider apple varieties from Normandy.

FAIR Rum

The first aged Fairtrade certified rum in the World. Produced in Belize using molasses from Organic sugar cane, bottled in France after aging for 5 years in American oak barrels. Fair Rum offers a complex aromatic structure that has received huge amounts of international acclaim.

Mythe Absinthe

Absinthe has a long and illustrious history that is intertwined with prohibition during the time of World War 1 when Absinthe was outlawed. A lot of intense research has been undertaken by the Distillerie des Terres Rouges to revive this ancient liqueur which has been carried out with the highest respect for its old traditions. Mythe is distilled with aniseed, badiane, vervain, hyssop, and, of course, wormwood which produces a full, layered bouquet that is then followed by a balanced palate. The distinctive bitterness of the wormwood makes its presence known, but doesn't overwhelm the other botanicals. Best served in the traditional manner with 20mL poured into a glass followed by placing a sugar cube on an Absinthe spoon above the liqueur before pouring 100mL of cold water over the sugar. Enjoy the aromas and flavours that have long been forbidden.

Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur

Domaine de Canton is made from only the finest ingredients; hand-cut young Vietnamese ginger macerated with herbs and spices, honey from Provence, Tahitian vanilla and Tunisian ginseng. Domaine de Canton is eau de vie based, enhanced with 10% VSOP and XO Grande Champagne Cognacs. Delicious served on its own, over ice or in a number of modern style cocktails.

Cognac Francois Voyer Cognac VS

100% Grande Champagne. Distilled with the lees, it ages in new Limousin Oak casks with a medium interior toast for 1 year. The ageing process continues in old barrels or hogsheads in a damp cellar. A progressive reduction is made, with distilled water (max 5% of diminution every 3 months). A blend of of least 2 1/2 year old Cognac.

Comte Louis De Lauriston Drouin Le Gin Calvados finish

Three generations of the Drouin family have produced quality Calvados in the Pays d'Auge region, seeking to express the full complexity of the thirty apple varieties in their orchards. Guillaume Drouin has created this hand-crafted Gin using the art of blending developed for classic spirits.

Scheibel Altes Pflumle

Scheibel Premium Altes Pflümle is based on a fruit brandy of oat plums from the Ortenau, with plum extract refined. The range of premium fruit brandies from Scheibel is distilled in the so-called Auria process that uses real gold plates during the distilling process. This creates finesse distillates.

Scheibel Edless Fass Nussler

Walnut kernels from Kashmir. The walnut kernels are crushed and prepared with alcohol. After several months, the maceration in our distillery, new time ' distilled. By storage in oak barrels, our Nussler attains such intense colour and taste structure. Nose: strong nose after caramelized walnuts with slight cognac nuances Taste: earthy aromas of mushrooms, truffles and lovage accompany an intense walnut aroma, with beautiful caramel and vanilla nuances coming to the fore Finish: Notes after nutmeg on the finish
