A Gin of great freshness, lemony with an explosivity in the mouth. All the ingredients coming into the composition of GENEROUS ORGANIC are: Juniper, Citrus, Mandarin, Red Pepper, Combava & Coriander. Some of them are produced by maceration, others by distillation, using exclusively traditional methods. This naturality can be clearly perceived in the tasting: the style is clear, the flavours are precised and well harmonised.

A generous and harmonious blend, developing intense aromas of candied fruits, combined with spices and oak, and enhanced with elegant floral notes. Well-balanced between its elegant structure and its roundness, with a good length of its aromas on the palate.

Avallen is aged in French oak casks for two years in the heart of La Manche, Normandy, for a liquid that is fresh, crisp and unapologetically apple forward. Avallen Calvados is a brand with sustainability at its very core. We have a mission to save wild bee populations around the world and put apple brandy back behind the bar. Nose is fresh apples with floral honeysuckle, the body is richly warming with a hint of vanilla custard with a finish of toffee apple.

Compagnie Des Indes Spiced Rum
Forget everything you thought you knew about Spiced Rum! Far from the segments clichs, this is not one of those syrupy rums packed with sugar and colourings but rather an authentic rum, with very little added sugar (15g) and no colourings whatsoever. It is a rum from a blend of Dominican Republic (approx. 80%) & Venezuela (approx. 20%), slowly infused with black pepper, ginger, liquorice, vanilla, nutmeg etc for 2 weeks. The rum obtained after maceration is thus naturally spiced and fruity. Whether sipping it on its own or mixing it in a cocktail, it is simply delicious! Tasting Notes: Visual Aspect: COMPAGNIE DES INDES? spiced rum is a deep and powerful light gold colour. It results mostly from the maceration of real botanicals and spices in the rum. The colour in your glass is thus completely natural. Nose: Balanced between the sweetness from the notes of nutmeg, vanilla and the touch of cinnamon and the spicy powerful side with the notes of ginger, pepper and the touch of citruses. It is intoxicating and shows a strong character. Taste: The word Spiced makes complete sense here with first this balanced sweetness soon making way for the citruses and spices such as ras el Hanout and cloves, building up to woody and warming notes of liquorice, tonka bean, vanilla and some vegetal aromas (Thyme, coriander etc?). Finish: cradled in a delicious sweet and salty world, as if floating on Aladdins flying carpet.

Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin
A true dry gin, juniper led and made in the London Dry style then tinted rosé with a touch of Provencal flair. Our 12 botanicals are all at home in Provence, either growing wild or cultivated for the perfume trade with its historical heart in Grasse. All evocatively Provencal. In keeping with our heritage as a wine estate we use grapes for our base neutral spirit. We also add 10% of our Provence Rosé to the final macerate before distillation. The grapes add a round softness to the mouthfeel of our Gin. Design is also part of our heritage and the bottle is a nod to the perfume trade and reflective of the region's glamorous past and present. On the palate Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin is juniper led with complex layers of citrus, floral and herbal tones all the evolve over time. The grape spirit and wine add a gentle roundness, soft enough to be sipped as it is.
