Casa Maestri Distillery is a Mexican distillery situated in the heart of the Tequila region, surrounded by blue agave fields in Jalisco. It has become one of the most important distilleries in the region, producing high-quality tequila and other spirits using traditional methods and eco-friendly practices. One of the things that makes Casa Maestri Distillery unique is its commitment to sustainability and its dedication to producing excellent tequila have made it a leader in the industry. The distillery has implemented several eco-friendly practices, such as using recycled water for irrigation, composting agave waste, and generating electricity from solar panels. Casa Maestri Distillery has won several awards for its tequila, including the gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and the silver medal at the International Wine and Spirit Competition. The Reserva de MFM 100% de Agave Tequilas carry the culture, the Charreria, the Mariachi and the romance and mystery behind the true Mexican heritage all throughout. It was made traditionally as the distillery's 7 year aged blue agaves are cooked in unique old fashioned stone brick ovens. The Añejo undergoes ageing for 14 months using whiskey barrels. The flavours of this particular tequila are fruiter, have a slight anise and a hint of wood as well as cooked agave and dried flowers/potpourri. On the finish it is smooth, peppery and apple-like with a hint of vanilla leaving you with a lingering sweetness and a touch of bitterness. Their colourful ceramic bottles are artisanal masterpieces designed by Mrs. Celia Maestra and the ceramic artist Oscar Reynoso Becerra from Guadalajara, Jalisco. The profile of this tequila was curated by Michael Maestri along with the prestigious tequila connoisseur Ana Maria Romero. This brand has the Kosher Certificate, is Gluten Free and Low in Carbs.
Sangre de Vida Premium Tequila Blanco
As wine is to France, Tequila is to Mexico – the life blood of the people. For the purest at heart and those who want that true agave flavour, Sangre de Vida Blanco captivates with a bouquet of banana, citrus, green bell pepper and white flowers. Once you have had a taste of the light peppery, agave with a hint of minerals from the earth your taste buds will long for another sip. Sangre de Vida Blanco tequila begins with slow roasting the agave piña hearts in stone-walled brick ovens. This centuries-old art of slow-cooking is then followed by cooling, shredding, and finally squeezing the hearts into a mosto (sweet juice), which then ferments for five days, after which is then distilled three times (with its final distillation completed in small stills with even more heat).
Don Fulano Reposado
A highland tequila, Don Fulano is made from 100% estate grown mature blue agave cooked in autoclave ovens, naturally fermented in open tanks using wild and cultivated yeast, and distilled in approximately 80% copper pot still and 20% copper, double column still. The spirit is distilled to 50% to 55% then cut with demineralised water from a deep well in the distillery. The tequila is non-charcoal filtered and contains no additives. The Reposado is carefully rested in a combination of new and used French limousine oak barrels for a minimum of eight months and up to two years. This ensures that the resulting spirit is the perfect balance between agave notes and those from the barrel. A nose of red fruits, think cherries and jam with the sweetness of cooked agave further enhancing this, with delicate herbal notes providing a balancing counterpoint. The French oak influence becomes obvious on the palate, with rich caramel, maple syrup and creamy vanilla flavours. With those is fruity dark chocolate, some of the jam from the nose, although deep in the mix and gentle spiciness. The cask influence is felt yet again in the finish, where agave pepperiness quickly fades to vanilla.

Ardbeg An Oa Scotch Whisky
Rounded and smoky - like burning Applewood - with creamy toffee, aniseed, treacle and dates. A curious suggestion of juicy fruits, such as peach and banana. With a drop of water, reminders of Ardbeg's classic fragrance lime, pine resin, fennel, saddle soap and tar. A gentle waxiness, like fragrant candle wax, and hints of smoked herbs. An Oa gives a final subtle reminder of the sea with briny notes and seaweed but always accompanied with creaminess. A smooth, creamy texture leads into a huge syrupy sweetness, flavours of milk chocolate, treacle toffee, aniseed, orange and smoky tea leaves. Gentle, sweet spices (nutmeg & cinnamon), some cigar smoke, and a very unusual flavour of grilled artichokes. Wood is always present in the spirit, gently nutty and reminiscent of a carpenter's workshop. A long, sweet finish, with floral overtones, mint toffee and some gentle malty biscuit notes.
