Their new Broadway range signifies the array of vineyard locations that the grapes are sourced from, throughout Margaret River. Bringing the essence of the region to your glass. Beautiful citrus and ripe pear aromas mixed with honeydew melon undertone and yeast characters on the nose. This wine finished with a mouth watering acidity that would get you hooked for more.

Cape Mentelle Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is delicate yet full, the palate is distinctively lemon and lime with subtle star anise, lemongrass and clove. Richness and weight are balanced with fresh acidity, giving direction and finesse.

It has a lovely bouquet of white peach and pear with hints of honey and nougat. This chardonnay is 100% wild fermented and matured in French oak for nine months. The palate is soft with fresh tropical fruit flavours, finishing with citrus and chalky minerality. All three parcels were hand-picked on the same day and chilled overnight. The following day the grapes were tipped as whole bunches directly into our press and gently pressed off into a tank. Natural settling occurred overnight and the cloudy juice was then sent to French oak barrels twenty-four hours later. Wild fermentation was completed in a barrel and allowed to mature on its own lees for nine months, with minimal stirring during this time, to maintain freshness and natural acidity. Lemongrass, passionfruit, gooseberry and pea pod. Tight and bright, zesty and juicy with a punchy mix of varietal fruit, structural balancing acidity, mouth-watering texture and a long, juicy finish.
