A rich, lush wine of abundant fruits - red currants, mulberries, plums, blackberries, blueberries and cassis, this ambling fruit richness is complimented by plentiful ripe fruit tannins and the finest grained French oak.

Bright and fresh!! A vibrant, crisp, lively Sauvignon Blanc full to the brim with passionfruit, nectarine, gooseberry and blackcurrant flavours.

It has a lovely bouquet of white peach and pear with hints of honey and nougat. This chardonnay is 100% wild fermented and matured in French oak for nine months. The palate is soft with fresh tropical fruit flavours, finishing with citrus and chalky minerality. All three parcels were hand-picked on the same day and chilled overnight. The following day the grapes were tipped as whole bunches directly into our press and gently pressed off into a tank. Natural settling occurred overnight and the cloudy juice was then sent to French oak barrels twenty-four hours later. Wild fermentation was completed in a barrel and allowed to mature on its own lees for nine months, with minimal stirring during this time, to maintain freshness and natural acidity. TASTING:Bursting with lively aromas of fresh-cut grass alongside crushed mint, gooseberry and white florals. The palate is fresh and lively, with notes of passionfruit, guava and tropical fruit. Its textural quality enhances the complexity and balance of the wine, ensuring it is thoroughly enjoyable. WINEMAKING:Grapes are harvested at night, crushed and pressed. Fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks to preserve the aromatics and flavours of this wine. The uniqueness of the Sav Blanc is the secret blend of other varietals giving brightness and complexity.

The Vasse Felix Cane Cut has complex aromas of lemon meringue and ginger nut, with hints of vanilla spice. A lovely viscous, silky mouthfeel provides richness and texture.

Pears, stone fruit and citrus gives way to a creamy, nutty middle and fresh acidity to close.

This is a wonderfully concentrated wine. Complex on the nose with aromas of lemon, green apple and fig the palate shows lively flavours of citrus and melon and a beautifully textured crisp and long finish.

The Lenton Brae Southside Chardonnay plays off the already established Wilyabrup Chardonnay with a fresh, vibrant feel to the wine. A cleansing line of acid is evident throughout the palate as is the textured mouthfeel courtesy of 'wild' primary fermentation and the addition of quality oak to the process. Designed to be enjoyed in its youth, this classic Margaret River Chardonnay will also enjoy some short to medium-term cellaring to coax out its true essence.
