Amelia Park Chardonnay

It has a lovely bouquet of white peach and pear with hints of honey and nougat. This chardonnay is 100% wild fermented and matured in French oak for nine months. The palate is soft with fresh tropical fruit flavours, finishing with citrus and chalky minerality. All three parcels were hand-picked on the same day and chilled overnight. The following day the grapes were tipped as whole bunches directly into our press and gently pressed off into a tank. Natural settling occurred overnight and the cloudy juice was then sent to French oak barrels twenty-four hours later. Wild fermentation was completed in a barrel and allowed to mature on its own lees for nine months, with minimal stirring during this time, to maintain freshness and natural acidity. Amelia Park is a boutique producer located in the Margaret River wine region of Western Australia. We focus on producing fine wines of exceptional quality, combining leading edge techniques with traditional winemaking values and practices. Our winemaker, Jeremy Gordon believes that his success lies in a hands-on approach to every step of the process, attention to detail and an unquenchable passion for making consistently outstanding wines. This philosophy has seen Jeremy receive numerous awards throughout his career including Australia's most coveted award, the Jimmy Watson Memorial Trophy. Since launching in 2009, Amelia Park have been quick to make their mark, winning trophies at the most prestigious wine shows both domestically and internationally, as well as being awarded 5 Red Stars in the 2016 edition of James Halliday's Wine Companion. St Johns Brook Sauvignon Blanc

TASTING:Bursting with lively aromas of fresh-cut grass alongside crushed mint, gooseberry and white florals. The palate is fresh and lively, with notes of passionfruit, guava and tropical fruit. Its textural quality enhances the complexity and balance of the wine, ensuring it is thoroughly enjoyable. WINEMAKING:Grapes are harvested at night, crushed and pressed. Fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks to preserve the aromatics and flavours of this wine. The uniqueness of the Sav Blanc is the secret blend of other varietals giving brightness and complexity.

Xanadu Chardonnay

Pears, stone fruit and citrus gives way to a creamy, nutty middle and fresh acidity to close.

Moss Wood Semillon

This is a wonderfully concentrated wine. Complex on the nose with aromas of lemon, green apple and fig the palate shows lively flavours of citrus and melon and a beautifully textured crisp and long finish.

Lenton Brae Southside Chardonnay

The Lenton Brae Southside Chardonnay plays off the already established Wilyabrup Chardonnay with a fresh, vibrant feel to the wine. A cleansing line of acid is evident throughout the palate as is the textured mouthfeel courtesy of 'wild' primary fermentation and the addition of quality oak to the process. Designed to be enjoyed in its youth, this classic Margaret River Chardonnay will also enjoy some short to medium-term cellaring to coax out its true essence.
