A dry-styled gin based on an original London dry gin recipe but with the original ingredients including mango leaf, Daintree vanilla and Nerada tea from the Atherton Tablelands alongside our own Australian native botanicals. The flavour experience opens with an initial scent of juniper, followed by rhubarb which produces a fruit compote aroma. On the palate the prominent vanilla creates the perception of sweetness that compliments the juniper flavours very well. Ginger adds a gentle spice to the finish.
