Coopers Vintage Ale

Coopers Extra Strong Vintage Ale is one of Australia's truly remarkable beers. Produced from the very best ingredients available to the expert team at Coopers - all harvested during the 2016 vintage. As with previous Vintages, the 2016 Coopers Extra Strong Vintage Ale is driven by the choice of hops to be used in combination with premium South Australian maritime barley malt, crystal malt and malted wheat.The 2016 Vintage Ale utilises four hop varieties, two Australian and two American, which have been chosen for their particular benefits in imparting bitterness and aroma. It can be enjoyed now while the estery, fruity flavours and hop aromas leap out of the glass, or when mellower and sweeter malt flavours develop over the next two years.

Pioneer of the Coonawarra region, John Riddoch, lends his name to the highway that dissects the famous 'terra rossa' dominated region which is home to some of Australia's premier red wine vineyards. The fruit for this evocative Shiraz is sourced from some of these vineyards and is aged in a combination of French and American oak for 18 months to develop increased complexity. La Trappe Quadrupel

Quadrupel is the heaviest La Trappe beer with a magnificent amber color. Matured in oak barrels, it has a warm, intense flavor that is full and well balanced. Malty sweet, slightly toasted and pleasantly bitter with a sweet aftertaste. Identifiable aromas include banana, almond and vanilla.

Rodenbach Grand Cru

Grand Cru by Rodenbach is left for much longer in the oak casks of the Roeselare 'beer cathedral', which results in a more pronounced version of the 'Flanders Red-Brown Beer' style. The result is a complex beer with a great deal of wood and esters, vinous and with a long aftertaste, just like a Grand Cru wine.

The Stag Chardonnay

The Stag Chardonnay shows delicous nectarine and citrus fruits with a vivacious acid line. Lovely French oak integration is added to the mix to create a Chardonnay that is true to the Yarra Valley region and St Huberts dedication to quality.

Moo Brew Pilsner

Artisan craft beer producers from southern Tasmania, Moo Brew produce beers of class, complexity and pure flavour. Brewed on the site of Australia's largest private art museum, MONA, Moo Brew Pilsner is made in the traditional style with a crisp hop aroma, balanced by light toast, almost biscuity malt character. Easily mistaken for a lager made in the home town of the style, Plzen, this lager is classically refreshing with a soft mouth feel.

Chimay White
