Eden Rift Reserve Chardonnay A selection of four barrels were chosen for the Reserve Chardonnay, all from Eden Rift estates Block A. Fruit was handpicked, whole-bunch pressed and barrel fermented before several months on lees. The result is a wine of mineral-clad tension, with stone fruit allusions, toasted hazelnut, vanilla and a creamy plume across the persistent finish.

Eden Rift Estate Chardonnay The Estate Chardonnay expresses an appealing generosity with aromas of jasmine, honeydew melon, and pear. The impeccably balanced chardonnay went through 100% malolactic conversion, resulting in a creamy palate weight with a zesty tangerine top note and accents of white peach. Bright acidity is balanced with delicately layered wild honey and dried flower notes.

From vineyards just outside Premier Cru village, this wine ticks both boxes for both floral and mineral. Delicious on its own, or with crustaceans and shellfish. Can also be cellared for a few years.
