Launched in March 2015, Archie Rose Distilling Co. is the first independent distillery and bar to open in the City of Sydney in over 160 years. Crafted from Australian wheat, Archie Rose Original Vodka is carefully distilled in a handmade 300L copper pot still constructed in Tasmania by Australias only stillmaker. Complex, clean and crisp, with subtle notes of fresh apple and mint, each bottle is individually marked with the distillation date, bottle and batch number, and is perfect for sipping neat or as the base of your favourite cocktail.

Bundaberg Red is the first Rum to be filtered with Red Gum. Bundaberg Red has been crafted to deliver an incredibly smooth taste while retaining the unique character for which Bundaberg Rum is famous. Ink Gin gets its unique colour from the deep natural infusion of petals from an exotic blue flower. Its even more remarkable, when mixed with tonic and it turns from its lustrous blue to a remarkable blush pink. A premium dry gin made with 13 organic botanicals, including a mix of traditional and Australian natives. Like all true gins, juniper berries are the largest botanical component, however the defining character of Ink Gin comes from the second tier botanicals led by locally grown lemon myrtle leaf, coriander seed, Tasmanian pepper berry and freshly peeled sundried sweet orange peel. These major ingredients give Ink Gin its fresh piney, spicy and citrusy aroma and flavour. The third group of minor botanicals include elderflower, cinnamon, cardamom, angelica root, oris root, licorice root and lemon peel. Like a pinch of salt, these minor ingredients are critical to the end result adding perfume, body and balance.

NED is distilled from select Australian grain and matured until it has a boldness and character that befits its name. This limited First Batch is fiercely independent and unlike anything that has come before it.

Aged with the richest of Bundaberg's rum reserves and matured in cognac and brandy barrels, only 30,000 bottles will be produced each batch. The result is truly a complex creation with exceptional fruit flavours and the perfect balance of vanilla, honey and spice. These bottles are limited with each MDC Small Batch release referencing its batch and bottle number so it makes the perfect gift for any Bundaberg collector.
