Chiebijin Junmai Premium

It is a well-balanced sake that can be enjoyed on its own or as a mid-meal sake with a wide range of appetizers, sashimi, and grilled dishes.

Houraisen Beshi Tokubetsu Junmai

Beshi is the name given to Houraisen's Tokubetsu (special) Junmai. It is beautifully balanced with a gentle but complex nose. There is fine acidity and fullness on the palate, with smoothness and a nice dry finish.

Tengumai Umajun Junmai

Tatenokawa Kodakara Kanjyuku Nanko Umeshu Ume Plum Daiginjo Japanese Sake

Kodakara Umeshu (Japanese Ume Plum Daiginjo Sake) is made by the Junmai Daiginjo master at Tatenokawa Shuzo. It is made from the finest Nanko Ume Plums and combined with Tatenokawa Junmai Daiginjo Sake and Shochu made from the lees (Sake Kasu) of the same sake and sugar. The result is rich, sweet flavour perfectly balancing the tarness of the plums. Kodakara Umeshu is best served chilled and straight up, on the rocks, or with soda. Wonderfully refreshing as a spiritzer. It is suitable as an aperitif, dessert wine or simply enjoyed at the end of a long day!

Choya Umeshu

Umeshu (plum wine) is a Japanese liqueur that is made from unripe Ume fruit that is steeped in Shochu and sugar. The result is a sweet and sour liqueur that is can be mixed with soda, green tea or just with ice.
