Yamamoto Honke Matcha No Osake

This Kyoto Fushimi's premium sake brewer is also well known for their sake based liquor creation. Matcha No Osake is simply a blend of quality Junmai grade sake & quality Matcha from Kyoto Uji area (the middle of Japan). The color is very green like Uji Matcha, a little cloudy style green. The taste is sweet but well balanced with bitterness of Matcha. Good to drink as dessert. Serve with ice. If it is too sweet, add soda or milk. Also, good to pour it over ice cream.
