A stunning half bottle Champagne from France. A nose containing confectionery notes (brioche, cocoa beans, vanilla) with strong hints of pink grapefruit. Superb freshness on the palate, delicious and structured with notes of toasted oak.

The emphasis is on the bright and lively aromas of ripe new season's apples and a citrus fruit tang. Very pale salmon with faint copper tinges in colour with Strawberry blossom, peaches, lemon citrus zest and hints of white cherries are vibrantly displayed on the nose. This is complimented by the secondary fermentation characters of yeast and bread dough adding mouth-filling creaminess.

Brokenwood Pinot Gris is sourced from a wonderful vineyard site in Beechworth that allows this rich and textural Pinot Gris to show its true colours. Aromas and flavours of peach, melon, honeysuckle and candied pear are all present in a delicious true Gris style.

Chandon, a benchmark of quality in the wine industry, has produced this beautifully structured Sparkling Rosé. Fresh strawberry and raspberry on the nose. Medium body, hint of yeast in the background accompanied by a complex bouquet of rose petals and wild white flowers with a clean crisp finish.
