The Martini rose to prominence during the 1950s and 60s when the ‘three-martini lunch’ was widespread. Whilst the stance on workplace drinking might have changed, our affection for the Martini hasn’t. An excellent tonic for those wanting to step back to a more sophisticated time. Serving Suggestions: To serve, pour Dr Onyx Dry Martini into a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir, and strain into a chilled martini glass. Starward Wine Cask Single Malt Whisky is uniquely Australian, crafted exclusively with local wine barrels for maturation resulting in a Whisky with balanced aromas of raisins, bananas and a touch of balsamic lead to clove, toffee and nougat. The palate is filled with red berries, hints of cinnamon and a variety of savoury and spice driven notes. A long, dry and tannic finish guides a strong linear reach through the palate, balancing a generous roundness and oiliness of the spirit.

We’ve kept the roots of the classic Negroni, but with an all Australian twist using Brookie’s Byron Dry Gin, Adelaide Hills Bitter Orange, and Maidenii Sweet Vermouth.

This gin has been crafted using both maseration and infusion methods to create a rose pink colour. The colour comes from grapefruit, pomegranate, blood orange, lemon and organic rose petals. We recommend a garnish that is not too overpowering such as cucumber. Conveniently, it is not necessary to squeeze lemon or lime as it is already packed with citrus. Made using 100% Australian grown rye from a single farm in the Murray Mallee region of South Australia.
