Dal Zotto are owned and managed by the Dal Zotto family where their vineyards, winery and cellar door lie cradled in the tranquil King Valley in the foothills of the spectacular Victorian Alps of northeast Victoria. The Wither Hills Pinot Gris has lovely fruit and aromas of ripe white peach, citrus and quince. It is off-dry on the palate with some refreshing acidity and beautiful succulent mouth feel. Perfect with a range of different dishes from salty cheeses to stronger flavour dishes such as wood smoked salmon or roast pork.

Opulent, flushed with pear juice flavour with sighs of orange blossom and citrus.

Xanadu Fusion Chardonnay gives an elegant bouquet full of pears, grapefruit and gala apples with underlying hints of nougat and cashew. The palate is medium bodied displaying white fleshed stone fruits and zesty citrus flavours. The wine offers an almost crystalline minerality, complimented by a lovely creamy/marshmallow texture derived from lees stirring whilst in barrel. Taut and fresh, the bright fruit and crisp acidity combine to focus the wine perfectly to a lingering fruit finish.

Vavasour Sauvignon Blanc is a meticulously made wine with grapes selected for intensity and concentration. The bouquet shows passionfruit and white peach aromas and the palate has ripe fruit flavours with mineral notes. Always one of our favourites.
