Taminga is a variety that has been created to suit the warm conditions of the Murray Darling and it's right at home in this Botrytis style by Trentham. Lifted citrus on the palate with a luscious and lingering palate of apricot and toffee.

Le Chat Noir is a range of modern French wines created by Vincent Charleux. Inspired by the humble village bistro that is at the heart of French culture and cuisine, the Le Chat Noir wines are generous and approachable. The wines are sourced from the Aude Valley, located in the foothills of the Pyrenees south of the famed walled hillside town of Carcassonne. Rising to an altitude of 450 metres, the terraced, low yielding vineyards are cooled by refreshing winds and chilly nights, creating elegant and varietally expressive wines like this Pinot noir.

Secret I.D Shiraz. The palate has berry fruit and oak undertones with a soft round velvety texture.

A fresh array of cherries, plums and rounded sweetness on the palate, we think this easy drinking wine is a perfect example of what makes pinot noir so attractive. Stoneleigh Pinot Noir is unique in style, showing both individual vineyard and regional terroir. The winemaker has reflected this in the winemaking process, capturing the bright, rich, red berry fruit characters and a delicate palate structure showing both elegance and finesse.

Named in honour of the natural spring located on the estate vineyard where the origin of the River Torrens flows from to the heart of the city of Adelaide. Intense varietal nose of red berry characters, licorice and barnyard and spice. Exquisitely balanced layered with cherry, rhubarb flavours and a spritz of juicy granny smith acidity, underpinned by fine, velvety tannins ending on a chocolate/cherry ripe finish.

Light red with raspberry tint. This wine is fine and charming on the nose with aromas of little black fruit, soft spices and Kirsch. The palate is round in mouth, with aromas of red fruit and liquorice laying in a nice tannic structure, showing delicacy and elegance. Best served at 15°C, with grilled lamb, veal or pork, game, tapas and soft /medium cheese.
