Bunkers Honeycombs Chardonnay is a white varietal which has a pale green colour. Its nose gives off lovely aromas of citrus and stone fruit, while its palate tastes of Chardonnay grapes wrapped in a delicate and creamy mid-palate. The process of oak maturation adds texture, complexity and finesse to the palate, which gets balanced by zingy acidic tinges. Its fruity and persistent climax makes it a wonderful food wine, perfect for casual dinner parties with friends and family! Crabs, prawns, pasta and risottos taste great with this elegant Chardonnay.

Xanadu Exmoor Sauv Blanc Semillon

Clean grapefruit on the nose and palate balanced by crisp, fresh acidity on the finish. This is a classic Margaret River dry white. Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

A classically racy, punchy Margaret River SBS with exuberant fruit and freshness. The Semillon comes from 20 year old vines rooted in the North Block gravels and sees a small amount (13 per cent) of barrel fermentation. This component supplies some texture to complement the wine's crunchy lime, lemongrass, grapefruit and herbal notes.

Umamu Estate Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Umamu Estate only releases their wines when theyve had time to develop in the bottle and this Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is drinking beautifully now. In the glass: Beautifully vibrant bright lemon with a still-youthful green tint. On the nose: Lifted mix of toast and honey development. On the palate: Rich and beautifully developed with a lovely warm core of buttered toast, preserved lemon and lemon curd in a terrifically textured, layered and complex wine. So remarkably fresh and complex.

Lenton Brae Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

Lenton Brae is a pioneer of this style in Margaret River and one of the benchmarks. Tropical and citrus fruit marries seamlessly with subtle oak giving the wine wonderful length and depth of flavour.

Rosabrook Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

The classic Margaret River blend. Pale green in colour, with aromas of succulent Sauvignon Blanc and grassy Semillon. The palate is flint-dry with an initial impact of sweet racy fruit and a fine and lengthy finish.

Blind Corner Blanc

This Blanc is a crisp straw colour, offering a romantic glow through it when held up to the sunshine or a dinner-time candle. The blend is made with majority Sauvignon Blanc grapes plus a handful of Chenin Blanc. The result is a classic dry white, with enough sweetness to give your taste buds something to dance around. The fruit comes from our Quindalup vineyard and is simply made in a stainless steel tank for freshness.

Happs Estate Chardonnay

No other variety allows the winemaker so much room to move in terms of flavour modification in the winery. In this wine we have used barrel fermentation in 25% new oak puncheons, juice MLF, wild yeast fermentation, yeast lees stirring and some solids inclusion in the ferment.
