Brewed using a combination of Australian Pale and Crystal malts with generous servings of Tasmanian Galaxy and American Amarillo hops. It's a rich bronze coloured brew with a big, nutty malt taste. Combined with the sharp hop bite of the Galaxy and the classic Amarillo citrus burst towards the end, its no wonder we've been crafting this beer for 10yrs now. Overview Classic American Red Ale. It’s our Brewer’s favourite, with perfectly balanced hoppy flavours and aromas. This brew is complex with a strong malty backbone. Ingredients Munich malt, pale malt, crystal malt, dark malt, American hops and ale yeast. Flavour Bready, malty, chocolatey.

Aromas of tropical fruit, citrus and stone fruit. This beer has a smooth mouthfeel without any bitterness. This ‘juicy’ brew boasts prominent hop flavours with a strong fruity aroma.

A full flavoured ale with a smooth texture. This beverage has a sweet, full-bodied, fruity taste from the perfect combination of prestigious Wild Caught Australian Black Lip Abalone and Enoki - a thin white mushroom commonly used in East Asian Cuisine.

This take on the XPA style beefs up the body (of the beer that is, not you), and uses just a single hop throughout. If you’re going for one you might as well make it a good one, so choose Citra. It hasn’t been hopped it to oblivion, instead allowing for the addition of crystal malt to express and balance the assertive bitterness. Of course it's been dry hopped generously, so there’s plenty of aroma there too!

Bay of plenty IPA named after the Indigenous Australian meaning for Booderee. Large quantities of whirlpool and dry hops deliver boatloads of fruit and waves of flavour. Mango, stonefruit and citrus are all to the fore, while a welcome bitterness gently washes the pallet clean. An IPA that delivers plenty of everything that is good about hoppy beers!

Jed is a supremely easy drinking ale/lager hybrid weighing in at a respectable 3.5% ABV. A healthy addition of Vic Secret and Azacca hops provide an array of bright fruity aromas and a restrained bitterness for optimum drinkability, whilst a Carapils driven malt profile evens the playing field to combine for the ultimate low-alcohol Australian Mid. Paris well with sweet potato wedges & sweet chilli sauce.
