A 100% rye made in Brunswick, Melbourne from all-Australian grain grown in the Mallee. Following double distillation the whisky is matured in a two-storey tall bespoke solera system composed of new American oak and x Australian wine barrels.

Poltergeist Gin is produced in small batches at the historic Shene Distillery in Pontville, Tasmania. Poltergeist Unfiltered retains the full flavour profile of all twelve botanicals, completely covering the front, middle and back of the pallet with a long lingering finish. It may ghost over ice due to the density of flavouring oils derived from the botanicals. The flavour profile is earthy and robust, and the balance of brawny botanicals like liquorice root, cardamom, orris root and Tasmanian pepper berries, with the more traditional citrus and nutty gin flavours, is unique. With its backbone of traditional juniper berry, 100 SOULS Artisan Pink Gin is smooth yet complex enough to enjoy straight up, in a delicate floral citrus cocktail, with sparkling water or traditional tonic. The unique floral notes lend to an array of garnishes, cucumber, rosemary, mandarin, or your traditional lemon, albeit in a twist.
