Inspired by juicy South West Australian summer fruits and warm days in Margaret River, this gin is light and thirst-quenching with a soft sweetness on the palate. Quandong is an essential element to the unique flavour profile, and brings a dryness to the palate. Pronounced botanicals include: Quandong, Fig, Apple, Berries, Citrus.

Created in the Southern Highlands of NSW, the 100 SOULS Artisan Pink Gin is infused with rose petals and hibiscus to create soft floral flavoured gin with an artsy twist. The rose and hibiscus produce its blush hue and delicate aroma, and the Sichuan, Lemon Thyme & Mandarin marry a spice element that harmonizes the unique floral palette. With its backbone of traditional juniper berry, 100 SOULS Artisan Pink Gin is smooth yet complex enough to enjoy straight up, in a delicate floral citrus cocktail, with sparkling water or traditional tonic. The unique floral notes lend to an array of garnishes, cucumber, rosemary, mandarin, or your traditional lemon, albeit in a twist. Blending rose petals with the traditional, native, and Asian ingredients together has resulted in a wonderful gin that reminds its creator of soft pink sunset in the Hinterlands.

Gin is created using limonene, one of the main compounds found in cannabis plants. The limonene adds an ultra-rich profile to the spirit, mingling alongside notes of juniper, mandarin and lime, and finishing with soft spice. Limonene is also found in citrus peel and is said to have anti-inflammatory properties which can be used to relieve stress and naturally decrease anxiety and depression.

A delicate gin that is Juniper forward, with some soft citrus & floral notes up front. The pallet is crisp and peppery off the back of fresh Celery Leaf, Cubeb Pepper Berries and Grains of Paradise. Turkish Delight is a famous middle eastern dessert that has provided the inspiration for this unique Gin. Rose Petals are vapour infused to collect rose water, the core ingredient of the traditional treat. Taking this to the next level of flavour Juniper has been combined with a complimentary group of botanicals, to provide a spiced warmth and an elegant finish. Finally, hibiscus is infused to complete the flavour balance and develop the brilliant colour to this show-stopping drop of Gin.

Our Honey Coconut Gin is steeped in fresh Castlemaine Honey straight from the beekeeper. Adding toasted coconut this traditional combination is complemented by a hint of fig and warm spices. Your palate will experience the layers of this gin beginning with the nutty flavour of toasted coconut, the warmth of the spices in between and ending with the smoothness of Australian honey.
