Brewery de Posthoorn was founded in 1806 in the South of Holland. The brewerys name was chosen because of its location next to the postal carriage station. Using a reverse osmosis filter to strip our water of all minerals, we then rebuild the water profile of this beer to replicate that in the Czech Republic.
