Limpid and luminous in colour, the nose on the Grand Cru Blanchots is very aromatic and chalky with a subtle intensity of hawthorn, acacia and fleur de lys. On the palate, the wine is lively, rich and complex. The rich flavours evolve towards earth and undergrowth with a brilliant minerality and notes of very refined iodine. It is persistent, fresh and expressive.
