This collection honors our ancestor, John Couch Adams, who, along with fellow mathematicians, proved the existence of the planet Neptune in the 1840s. His name is immortalized in one of Neptune's five rings. Le Verrier is another ring of Neptune and a wine that proudly showcases all the characteristics of a fine Barossa Shiraz. This deep red wine has a ruby hue and offers aromas of blackcurrant and spiced plum, complemented by notes of chocolate and vanilla. It has been matured for 18 months in French oak hogsheads (30% new), coopered using 4-year air-dried wood by Francois Frere and Taransaud Coopers.
