Mt Compass Gin is produced from Australian grown grain distilled in small batches using a carefully chosen blend of traditional and indigenous botanicals - Juniper, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon and Lemon myrtle. This selection provides us with a perfectly balanced yet complex Gin that is both elegant and aromatic , ideally suited to be enjoyed traditionally mixed with Tonic and a slice or wedge of lime or used in your favourite cocktail.

Billy Goats, our Queensland Gin is a small batch, handcrafted using a unique selection of Old and New World Botanicals. We have combined Australian Wheat spirit with gently soaked Juniper, the freshness of Ruby Red Grapefruit, Lemon Myrtle and Native Australian Finger Limes for a vibrant citrus burst. We were looking for a very approachable Gin that had enough citrus for a refreshing burst, but also with enough subtle botanicals to give complexity and depth. Embezzler Gin is designed to be a well-balanced gin that incorporates a strong juniper character. Blended with citrus, florals, spices, sweetness and ending with a traditional London dry finish that lasts just long enough before you are wanting to take another sip. Named after William Henry Ellis, a convicted embezzler and founder of Dysart House Embezzler Gin can be drunk straight, on ice, with tonic or OKD's personal suggestion chilled with a slice of lime. Unique to Old Kempton Distillery Lavender Malt contains a blend of three pure ingredients Tasmanian mountain water, Tasmanian lavender and malted barley. A warming spice-driven gin with a unique balance of savoury Australian native botanicals and aromatic winter spices. Sweet orange peel, native strawberry gum and macerated lilly pilli offers a gentle yet full bodied sweet backbone, which is warmed by the fragrant spicy notes of aniseed myrtle, cloves, nutmeg and cassia.
